How this tool thinks
Towing a caravan adds roughly 30% to standard map times, so we cap the pace at 90-100 km/h and build in a rest stop every two hours. A standard car never gets routed onto sand, corrugations or river crossings. Between December and April, tropical routes carry a wet season warning because gates and crossings close without notice.
It's a planning aid, not a road report. Always check the relevant state road authority the morning you drive.
